I was given an amazing opportunity to partner with Venables Bell & Partners to shoot EBAY’S Show your Love campaign for the upcoming Valentines Day holiday. “On a cool winter’s day, three youngsters head up to a coastal retreat for a weekend of love, music & merriment.” That was the synopsis for a lil’ test shoot that Jasmine Hamed (www.stylistjasmine.com) and I came up with. With the help of CITY Models and Exalt along with Hair/Make-up extraordinaire, Tricia Turner (www.triciaturner.com), the day turned to true magic!! As the sun set we hopped over fences, kissed on the horizon and frolicked in the fields. Here’s a few of our favorites!

7×7 Magazine has just completed a huge new re-launch of the magazine with their new star editor, Chloe Harris. She asked me to be a part of this be shooting for this year’s spring fashion issue. These two bring a style and beauty that is rarely found out here in the West.

7X7 Magazine asked me to shoot the cover for their Weddings Annual in December. The cover was to be an “advertioral” for Gumps Department Store. Well Gumps loved the images so much, they are also using them as stand alone adverts in national publications! All in all, this was an excellent shoot and the team was stellar. With fashion photography now being pulled from every direction, Alex had some new ideas of what he thought was sexy. Teaming up with stylist superstar Jasmine Hamed (www.stylistjasmine.com), the two brought together beautifully simple and elegant pieces paired with strikingly different models and unusual shoot locations. The end result is a sexy, mysterious and classic body of work that bridges the gap between traditional fashion photography and the sensual beauty of each girl and their environment.
